Job Description▌Sales – • Achieving the annual marketing budget for the given year • Achieving the annual budget of focussed marketing products for the given year • Achieving the gross contribution targets for the given year ▌Budgeting – Planning and Implementation • Prepare Annual budget plan for the zone and submit the same to reporting manager for approval based on inputs from the Head Office. • Approval of FSP, RSP of Territory In-charges and regional managers in the system on regular basis. • Review & Monitoring Regional targets and expenses incl. FA exp. • Provide inputs to reporting manager for blocked orders release of the zone. • Overall in-charge for key Logistics activities like: o Logistics and Inventory o Appointment of C&F o Ware house management o Transportation Annual Contract with the ZCE • Advise Depot in- Charge for disposal of expired and near expiry stock • Provide inputs to Reporting Manager and the logistics team for intra zone transfer of material • Management of regional level pricing schemes • Give inputs to Reporting Manager for pricing revision-NRV • Responsible for formulation of pricing schemes and submit the same to reporting manager for approval. • Improving the forecast accuracy QoQ2 ▌Financial Responsibilities (Credit Management) • Responsible for Accounts settlement and confirmation of balances in the Zone • Responsible for Credit Appraisal reports / Stock Statements and approval of same by the reporting manager. • Determination of Credit Limit With in approved limit and its approval by the reporting manager • Provide inputs to Reporting Manager on Credit Limit determination exceeding approved Limit • Follow up and collections of Overdue Outstanding • Filing & follow up of Legal cases for slow/ non-moving debtors for recovery. • Management of the DSO to ensure within company policy limits. • Ensure liquidation of inventory • Efficient Inventory management ▌Market Intelligence • Monitoring Competitors Activities in their Zone • Consult Regional Managers in: o Monitoring Competitors activities in zone o Complaint Handling-New customers o FA Roadmap-Marketing FAs o Promotional Strategies • Guide Regional Managers & participate in: o Monitoring Competitors Activities in Territory o Complaint Handling-Existing o Farmer Meetings o Farmers Database development & management o Jeep Campaigns o New Product Training to Farmers • Conduct Dealer / Distributors Meetings in the region ▌Team Management • Building the team by attracting new & quality talent to the team • Managing the attrition within the team • Improving the productivity per territory YoY • Developing the skill levels of the team by conducting training on technical knowledge • Building a strong team to achieve the desired targets3
