Key Account Management: - Identifying key accounts at zonal level to achieve exponential growth. - Identify opportunities of growth in the key account and lead account strategy and planning. - Regularly monitor sales, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan. - Increasing the market share in the key account and also share of wallet of the key account. - Connecting the key customers with top management by organizing Business Partner Meets. - Organizing channel loyalty programs. - Working on sales incentive programs.
