About Job
They are looking for designers who is high on innovation and creativity and ready to work holistically towards completion of assigned design tasks, even if it means that s/he has to work beyond the assigned line of duties. This individual will be developing and shaping the design language for Animall and will play a significant role in creating and enhancing the user experience on their platform. He/ She will also work with the community of users to constantly improve the UI and UX. This person will be instrumental in branding, digital marketing, internal/external campaigns, and other functions that require a creative intervention. Adopting simplicity as an approach, the team thrives on delivering clarity through their designs.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Build the best User Experience for a cattle trader
- Develop an understanding of our user -Through user interviews to generate insights(in Hindi), gather feedback, surveys, focus group discussions, etc
- Ideate - Identifying the right design problems, ideate user flows, innovate on new kinds of user experiences
- Implement - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Work with PMs to prioritizing design effort.
- Iterate - Through continuous feedback, discussion with PMs, and rapid experimentation - learn and improve the design (& its process) to reach exceptional standards.
- Be the voice of the customer in the core product team.
- Translate your users' needs into a compelling, intuitive and delightful product designs
