Job Description
Key Responsibilities (Strategic, Operational, People and Financial responsibilities)
- Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures, perform risk management
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of assigned products in all stages of completion
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Collaborating with department heads to achieve a common goal
