Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
To contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing solutions in structured trade and Agri logistics and to provide end-to-end risk solutions for trade and logistics, ensure efficiency and value creation for buyers and sellers at every stage of the commodity supply chain.
Granular Responsibilities:
- To create or expand on Strategic Risk framework in the area of Operational and financial risk for all business lines.
- To Assess and implement the Risk policies and processes across the organization at regular intervals
- To create & disseminate Risk measurement reports to Management
- To review Insurance coverages across the organization and to ensure that all business risks areadequately covered in insurance up to the extent possible.
- To be responsible for underwriting & structuring the credit proposals
- To conduct fundamental credit analysis and due diligence of the clients.
- To highlight credit risks involved in the business proposal and to suggest mitigation plan for the same
- To define Credit Risk policies and internal credit appraisal norms to check credit worthiness of borrowers
- To review credit policies keeping in view the changing business requirement
- To prepare Credit Risk Rating Scorecard of credit proposals
- To standardisethe credit assessment for different profiles of customers
- To enhance risk assessment capability by implementing tech solutions
