About Job
In order to steer the Bio Fertilizer business, our client is on the lookout for a Business Head who will steer this business not only from the perspective of Business Development for Institutional Sales & Channel Development for Retail Sales but also wrt setting up the supply chain for raw material procurement. As Business Head, you will be responsible for strategizing & implementing resources for Biogas business through farmers, from sugar mills, etc. You will also be our SPOC to increase our client’s revenue & growth through business with bulk buyers & retail.
Job Description
- P&L Management for the entire Biogas business.
- Business Development through forging institutional tie-ups with Retail &
- Responsible for strategizing Agri waste feedstock, eg. press mud from sugar mills (single corporate counterparty), paddy straw from farmers (hundreds of varied sellers), energy crops from leased lands (farming to be done by Company) business plans
- Responsible for strategizing & implementing plans of biofertilizers to be sold to bulk buyers (IFFCO, Tata, etc.) or sold in retail
- Lead the forecasted sales goals
- Drive and lead the sales fulfillment and source leads.
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
- Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
- Manage Customer relationships and retention
