About Job
Our QA team works closely with the Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, and Operations teams to ensure we can provide delightful experiences for our users. Our QA team works in a high ownership driven environment while handling the quality of 3 products simultaneously
Job Description
- You will be working closely with the Operations team to resolve user problems.
- You will be working with engineers, products, design, and platforms to test new user experiences while maintaining the quality and security aspects of the product.
- You will be managing and be responsible for the automation roadmap for all products which includes - the development of test strategies, the creation of appropriate automated test framework, monitoring the development and execution of test plans, and reporting on test execution suits.
- You will be working closely with engineering & product managers to prioritize user problems.
- You will be regularly communicating with the leadership team to access, prioritize and manage crises.
- You will be building and leading a team of highly performing QA/QE that will help us in delivering the new product enhancements to our users.
- You will define & own the metrics for the success of the team.
- You will be empowering the QA team to achieve a high level of product quality.
- You will be helping the team members with their career growth with excellent and continuous feedback.
- You will be mentoring team members to achieve excellence.
- You will be hiring QA/QE in your team while working very closely with the talent acquisition team.
- You will be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions that impact all our Users.
