National Sales Manager
We are looking for a National Sales Manager who has excellent communication skills. Exposure to building, and managing High-Performance Sales teams across the country by devising Annual business plans and Targets and assuming total responsibility for overall revenue generation, P& L management, new product launches, and ensuring the growth of the commercial operations of the company.

Evaluate and implement methods to reduce and optimize the marketing costs and improve margins on products leading to a healthy bottom line of the business.
Develop & implement effective business strategies & plans and manage the Sales team to achieve Sales Growth, Targets, and revenue ensuring their alignment with the short-term & long-term objectives of TSPL.
To achieve Sales Targets, Plan & implement trade & consumer schemes & promotion activities as per budgets. The primary goal is to improve Turn Over and Margins on the total sales of the company by introducing new varieties, managing prices and discounts, and exploring prospects of new & existing customers/markets for the accomplishment of business goals.
Devise strategic schemes in coordination with the Management to grow the business and company, to monitor and drive main customers and business partners.
