Head Market Linkage- FnV
We are looking for a Head of Market Linkage for the FnV vertical who will be responsible for managing the entire P&L ownership of the FnV business. S/he would be heading the entire vertical by creating & planning on the strategies of Demand generation, fulfillment & managing the entire value chain of the Fresh Produce vertical across domestic, Institutional, HORECA, QSR, retail, etc & further entering into the export-oriented business.
Domestic Sales- B2B:
P&L Management for the entire FnV business.
Business Development through forging institutional tie-ups with Hotels, Restaurants, Catering
firms, General Trade, and Modern Trade for Pan India business.
Lead the forecasted sales goals through both Modern trade & General Trade.
Drive and lead the sales fulfillment and source leads.
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
Manage Customer relationships and retention
Plan and manage export
Communicate with clients, customs agents, and transportation companies to ensure the
shipments arrive in a timely manner and in good physical condition.
Maintain records for accounting purposes in accordance with company procedures, including
the checking of all invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and Customs
Negotiates with warehouse operators or distribution networks to determine tariffs
Reporting the sales and export data numbers to the management along with strategic input so
as to bring growth in the evolving business
