About Job
Our client is looking for a Plant Head (technical) form the pesticide manufacturing industry who will be responsible for heading the entire ownership of the Plant leading the Technical, Quality, Process &Engineering and projects functions. He will be responsible for preparing the day to day action plans & targets and achieving the targeted plan of production identify and debottlenecking for operation capacity quality safety.
Job Description
- Prepare action plan, Monthly targets and implementation
- Trouble shooting by using various technical skills.
- Assist in Identifying, Analysis & Resolution of Quality problems in process.
- Assist all sub-ordinates to manage Production Processes, Report & Maintenance activities during the shift.
- Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in and around the plant.
- Looking after incineration facility, Liquid wastes Incinerators and Solid Waste
- Incinerator and MEE Operation in the plant.
- Achieving the targeted plan of production identify and debottlenecking for operation capacity quality safety
