About Job
Senior Research Scientist is a tech individual contributor role responsible to develop and deliver suitable advance analytical methodologies for existing and emerging Crop Protection Products (formulations) and their active ingredients, intermediates, Coformulant and raw materials supporting sourcing/ procurement, production, and registration requirements. This role requires a very strong technical person with broader understanding of analytical and Spectroscopic techniques and skills with good hand on experience to serve as a technical expert. He will be also be the point of contact in APAC for vibrational Spectroscopic and analytical applications bringing higher level of efficiency and consistency to our activities in this area of science.
Job Description
∙Liaison with business units in APAC to ascertain how new analytical and optical
spectroscopies can support their business in new ways and develop, innovate solutions to
meet their needs.
∙To propose andplan for adequate resources by providing timely inputs on requirements of
new analytical and spectroscopictechnologies to meet the Our client needs in APAC.
∙Be a problem solver, with the ability to assess complex and diverse situations creatively and
generate original solutions as per business requirements
∙To effectively team up with colleagues in the function to excel in deliveryto perform test
material characterization, regulatory studies that fully meet the business and world-wide
regulatory requirements.
∙Deliver assigned projectswithin time, quality, and costs.Provide technical expertise and
innovative analytical solutions, and in collaboration with the team member
∙Collaborate and coordinate with global vibrational spectroscopy network to standardise
Our client `s use of optical spectroscopy instrumentation and ways of working to
successfully implement in APAC.
∙Collaborate with Universities and application vendors to explore the depth of applications in
the areas of analytical and optical spectroscopies.
∙Ensure that Laboratories resources andEquipments used are well maintained, protected,
and documented as per the requirements.
∙To maintain highest standards of in the group operations thus contributing to the site performance.
∙Responsible for maintaining complete confidentiality of all Our client intellectual property.
∙Perform additional related duties as assigned by the line manager.
