About Job
Senior Manager Quality, Analytics, Regulatory, responsible for heading the overall quality strategy defined by process from farm, process operations, packing, labelling, dispatch of goods. These functions need to manage and monitored at third party as well as our operation units.
Job Description
- Set key quality release parameters at every step of value chain: farm inputs, farm production, harvesting, storage, processing (both primary at farm gate level and extraction process) and end product release to customer.
- Analytical support to our products in R&D, Pilot scale, production, customer satisfaction using third party laboratories.
- Set up and manage our laboratory efficiently.
- Inculcate quality culture in the entire organization by being a role model.
- Monitor and validate correct documentation of the entire quality process
- Develop functional managers/officers and mould young instrumentation/food/ engineers and scientists to respective roles with expansion of role
- People management: hiring, training plans for newly recruited lab heads, annual target setting, mid- and end-year performance review, payment issues (salary adjustments, individual bonus), discussions/adjustments with Executive Director: Quality and Analytics.
- Coaching/mentoring: of partner labs, future employees and lab heads (for future as applicable)
