Job Description
- Set-up, mentor & scale teams for continuous innovation by leveraging the power of Innovation Lab, Hub and Accelerators thus creating a sustainable Innovation Ecosystem.
- Impressive success in improving delivery model including tool, process automation, delivery strategy, architectural evaluation, design & analysis of systems throughout the entire business Involved in vision creation, defining KPIs, estimations, project planning, stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Building Accelerators for Industry 5.0 in the AR-VR and UI-UX space.
- Proactively leading the transformation of internal processes, by digitizing the journeys
- Develop Go To Market offerings in the UI-UX arena
- Craft Best Practices and Standards across various technology areas
