About Job
The company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. (job location: Bangalore). Effectively promote a range of Biostimulants and plant defence products on key crops by designing and implementing sales & field marketing strategies. Build a strong sales team in the state of Karnataka. Build effective distributor and dealer network in all key markets & select crop geographies to achieve business plan. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets through proper stocks liquidation at farmers and retailer level. RSM will head the region and be in charge to revenue and sales of the region. he/she shall lead the team , mentor and handhold the team to deliver

- In-depth understanding of AP and Telangana Crop markets.
- Flair for Sales role and extensive travelling across geography.
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into data-based actions decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in science / Agriculture, business administration, master’s degree preferred
- Five to seven years’ previous work experience in front line sales roles and line management in Agri input particularly Agrochemicals or Plant Health products preferred. Preferred age below 40 yrs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu and English; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Proven results of delivering meeting sales and collection goals.
