The Client Company is looking for looking for a Research and Development QC Head wherein S/He must have (1) Experience in various types of Distillations like fractional, simple, and pressure reactions; (2) Experience Handling of equipment reactors distillation column and distillation ejector system ANF RVD RCVD FBD utility system chillers cooling towers boiler Air and Nitrogen compressors; (3) Experience in various processes like Fipronil, Mesotrione, Pymetrozine, Bifenthrin, Tricyclazole, Pretilachlor (Both solvent and solvent less routes), Acetamiprid, Pyriproxifen, hexaconazole propiconazole tebuconazole azoxy strobin clodino fob metribuzin Gluphosinate Glyphosate or any agro intermediate or backward integration of the above technical.
Job Description
- Phd/Msc Chemistry with at least 15-20 years’ experience in agrochemical plant
- Prepare action plan, Monthly targets and implementation
- Knowledge of Troubleshooting by using various technical skills.
- Assist in Identifying, Analysis & Resolution of Quality problems in process.
- Assist all sub-ordinates to manage Production Processes, Report & Maintenance activities during the shift.
- Experience in various types of Distillations like fractional, simple, pressure reaction
- Experience Handling of equipment reactors distillation column and distillation ejector system ANF RVD RCVD FBD utility system chillers cooling towers boiler Air and Nitrogen compressors.
- Achieving the targeted plan of production identify and debottlenecking for operation capacity quality safety
- Experience in various processes like Fipronil, Mesotrione, Pymetrozine, Bifenthrin , Tricyclazole, Pretilachlor (Both solvent and solvent less routes), Acetamiprid, Pyriproxifen, hexaconazole propiconazole tebuconazole azoxy strobin clodino fob metribuzin Gluphosinate Glyphosate or any agro intermediate or back ward integration of above technical
