The client company is looking for Head of Vegetable Business. The position is responsible to leverage the potential of high quality inhouse veg seed varieties of Chilli, Okra, Tomato, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Gourds and existing strong channel presence.
Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Overall Vegetable Seeds business responsibilities which include strategy, planning, road map for short, medium, and long term, P&L, Operations, R&D, Sales & Marketing
- Responsibility of devising and implementing long- and short-term strategic marketing plans based on forecasts, suggesting improvements, supervising end to end marketing operations ensuring achievement of performance milestones for the PAN India operations.
- Driving market leadership and business development for Vegetable Seeds Business
- Enhance business reach by identifying and exploring opportunities of forging strategic and profitable partnerships that would deliver projected revenue growth year on year.
- Broad based skill set encompasses expertise in enhancing market penetration through key customer analysis and market research across borders.
- Experienced in agriculture products marketing strategies including new business, sales promotion, new product development/launch.
- Keen acumen in formulating innovative marketing strategies for the specific crop portfolio and market segments.
