Senior Manager- Marketing Support
The client company is looking for highly motivated and organized Marketing Support Specialist to join the client company. In this role, S/He will be responsible for providing comprehensive marketing support to our sales teams located across the country. Primary objective will be to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall strategies and objectives. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of marketing principles.
- Collaborate with sales teams: Work closely with sales teams to understand their marketing needs and objectives, and develop marketing strategies and campaigns to support their efforts.
- Marketing materials development: Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials, to support the sales teams in their customer interactions.
- Content creation: Generate engaging content for various marketing channels, such as blog posts, social media updates, to enhance brand awareness and support sales efforts.
- Sales enablement: Develop sales enablement tools and resources, such as product guides, competitive analysis documents, and training materials, to equip the sales teams with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products.
- Market research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and share relevant insights with the sales teams to assist them in their sales strategies and pitches.
- Marketing campaign coordination: Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives, including distributor / retailer meets, and product launches, by liaising with various internal departments and external vendors.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to the sales and marketing teams, HO in identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Relationship management: Build strong relationships with the sales teams, understanding their challenges and providing ongoing support and guidance to drive their success.
