The client company is seeking experienced Site Managers or Project Heads for multiples site. The role will have 4 Direct Reportees:- • QA/QC Manager • Planning Manager • Admin Officer • Workshop Supervisor.

Scope of Work / Area of Influence:

Client servicing, engagement, BD, Administration, Financial Management, People Management, Procurement and overall seamless execution of projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Team Size: 20-40 member on roll and off roll teams with 4 direct reports including; QA/QC Manager Planning Manager; Admin Officer; Workshop Supervisor

Compensation Details : Best In the Industry and not a constraint for the right candidate

Overall years of Experience Required: Should have had experience of atleast 5 years on capital ships / submarines. Candidate with experience in Naval Dockyard / WOT / Shhipyard and with 02-03 years of corporate experience will be preferred.
