Head Maintenance – Ammonium Nitrate (AN) Plant
About Job
The client company is looking for the The incumbent's primary responsibility will be to handle all maintenance-related matters related to the Technical AN Plant. S/He will will encompass maintenance planning including predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance, and planned shutdowns. During the project implementation phase, the incumbent will work seamlessly with the project team for all project-related activities including basic/detailed design, reviews, site visits, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of the plant. The candidate must have rich experience in maintenance-related activities for Weak Nitric Acid (WNA), Ammonium Nitrate Solution (AN), and Ammonium Nitrate Solid (LDAN/HDAN), among others.

Job Responsibilities:
Functional:
- Ensure equipment Reliability: Quality maintenance of equipment to ensure availability of plant.
- Long term measures for improvement to overcome repeated failure/ trips/ obsolescence etc.
- Breakdown analysis and long-term corrective action plan.
- Health, Safety & Environment: To implement safety practices to minimize work injuries during normal operation and ATR/shutdown.
Project Phase:-
- Participate in Detail Engineering Stages. Review of Material Requisition and Vendor's technical offers for critical tags.
- Overall control on project activities wrt Mechanical part and coordinate with various cross functional team.
Budget Management And Control -
- Ensure R&M expenses are within budget without sacrificing maintenance quality.
- Planning and monitoring of Capital budget & Revenue budget schemes
- Optimization of allocated budget to the plants
Systems & Procedures
- Knowledge of OHSAS, PSM, and Safe work systems
- Knowledge of PESO and Ammonium Nitrate storage Rules
People Responsibilities/Activities
- In-house improvement of skills: Training to Subordinates in Management/Non management cadre, identifies training needs of subordinates and make action plan.
- Team building and motivational activities to keep the teams effective and intact.
- Effective utilization of manpower
