The Client Company is looking for Premier School MBAs with minimum 18 years of experience in Banking Industry handling Investment Banking, Capital Market Operations, Quality Assurance, Operations Risk & Control, Business Process Transformation and Project Management. S/He will be responsible for overseeing financial market infrastructure issues across Asia, EMEA and Americas for Securities, Cash. Coordinate with Global Network Management, Business Units, Product Operations, CSDs, Exchanges, Agent Banks & Technology to diagnose the issue and resolve.
Job Description
- Responsible for Quality Assurance, Process Transformation, Risk Identification & Assessment, recommending control measures and conducting due diligences for all organizational policies, processes and services/complaints.
- Implement Quality, Risk and Control governance framework across organization.
- Formulate of business strategies and plans, delivering an assessment of current state and a roadmap for the future.
- Identify and Lead transformation projects for organizational processes using Lean/Six Sigma tools methodologies.
- Provide planning and support services for multiple lines of business initiatives.
- Develop and update standards, documentation, processes and procedures for Change Management.
- Facilitate meetings and reviews to ensure leaders, teams, departments and/or organizations are progressing forward on the path of continuous improvement.
- Manage the business planning and analysis activity, including budgeting, cost analysis, productivity measures and other activities.
- Recommend and execute a training program.
