Job Description
Role and Resposibilites
- Infrastructure & Platform Management - Managing critical IT Infrastructure, platform & application support for Market Data & Trading engines in time-sensitive and fast paced environment for internal & external clients.
- Enterprise Service Delivery – Owning global service end-to-end for internal business & external clients as it includes product management, governance, risk & control, incident & problem management, reporting & escalation.
- People Management & Leadership - Lead matrix teams of operational & engineering teams with members in multiple geographies in onshore & offshore sites across the globe including VPs to support critical 24/7 service for business
- Automation & Engineering - Leading global IT automation & solution engineering team adopting latest automation strategies & industry trends including DevOps, Agile development, CI/CD, Cloud (Azure).
- Lead & drove the delivery of the in-house automation of Data Notifications, life cycle management solutions to reduce operation risk & cost avoidance, improving platform stability
