Supply Chain Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of supply chain programs and projects, with approximately 15 projects currently under execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying market-standard solutions across business groups, particularly in Supply Chain Visibility. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of working closely with various stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and strategies, drive discovery and pilot phases, and scale up initiatives to deploy at the organization level.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Delivery: Oversee the delivery of supply chain programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
2. Market Standard Solutions: Deploy market-standard solutions across business groups, particularly focusing on Supply Chain Visibility initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Business, IT managers, Product and product line managers to develop product roadmaps and strategies that align with business goals and market needs.
4. Discovery and Pilot Phases: Drive discovery and pilot phases for new initiatives, working to validate solutions and scale them up for organization-wide deployment.
5. Team Management: Manage a team of approximately 80 members across projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, performance management, and development.
6. Risk and Compliance: Engage with Information risk and compliance teams to set up controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
7. User Adoption: Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Product owners/managers to increase user adoption by tracking usage, gathering feedback, and implementing strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. 17+ years of experience in supply chain program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
3. Expertise in deploying market-standard solutions across business groups, particularly in Supply Chain Visibility initiatives.
4. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive consensus on project objectives and strategies.
5. Experience in leading discovery and pilot phases for new initiatives, with a focus on scaling up successful pilots for organization-wide deployment.
6. Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing large teams across multiple projects.
7. Knowledge of information risk and compliance requirements, with experience in setting up controls to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
