The client company is seeking a candidate with over 15+ years of experience in managing a team of Engineering & Operations Program Managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple program deliveries of Military Sub-Systems, Aerospace, and Launchers in serial production spread across multiple locations. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of driving improvement in the integrated PMO, fostering collaboration, and enhancing overall performance.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Engineering & Operations Program Managers, overseeing multiple program deliveries of Military Sub-Systems, Aerospace, and Launchers in serial production across multiple locations.
- Drive improvement of the integrated PMO, fostering collaboration, and enhancing overall performance.
- Implement daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly operating review rhythms with Design, Procurement, and Quality to facilitate effective communication and monitor delivery, financials, and SCM-related PPIs to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Implement a methodology for portfolio optimization, considering constraints and maximizing returns while managing risks.
- Lead the initiative to implement a digital solution for monitoring category vendors, optimizing production planning processes.
