Following Will Be Key Deliverables –

• Design and implement comprehensive quality control programs for high-quality seed production.
• Establish testing protocols and procedures for raw materials, in-process products, and finished seeds.
• Develop and maintain a system for tracking and documenting quality metrics throughout production.
• Ensure production processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of production facilities, processes, and products to ensure quality standards.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies for compliance with national and international seed quality regulations.
• Oversee testing of seed batches for purity, germination, moisture content, and other quality parameters.
• Analyze quality control data and generate reports identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on quality performance and corrective actions.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers based on their ability to meet quality standards.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure raw materials meet required specifications.
• Implement supplier audits and quality improvement programs for high-quality raw materials.
• Address customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to meet or exceed customer quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring consistent high-quality product delivery.
• Maintain integrity by committing to the highest quality standards and ethical behaviour in all operations.
• Ensure attention to detail in every aspect of quality management.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Foster collaboration across departments to align quality objectives with overall business goals.

Competencies Required 

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on driving continuous improvement in all processes.

• Proficient in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO standards, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles.
