Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead R&D and advanced product development for next-generation RF front-end and envelope tracking solutions for 4G/5G and WiFi systems.

Spearhead technology integration efforts, ensuring efficiency, power performance, and system-level optimization.

Drive the execution of end-to-end technology lifecycle—from concept to deployment—including architecture definition, circuit design, validation, and mass production.

Manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams (20+ globally distributed engineers).

Define and deliver on the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.

Engage in high-level industry collaborations, technical presentations, and standard-setting forums.

Represent the company in technical due diligence for partnerships, acquisitions, and grants.

Own patents/IP strategy and contribute to academic and industrial publications.

Ensure cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
