Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end validation and software development activities for embedded platforms and device drivers (BIOS, Graphics, IO, Ethernet, etc.).

Develop and execute automation strategies to drive efficiency and scalability across engineering workflows.

Manage and mentor diverse technical teams, ensuring delivery excellence and professional growth.

Drive quality initiatives across multiple OS platforms such as Linux, Yocto, Android, and Windows.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product management, customer engineering, and global delivery teams.

Oversee continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using modern tools (Jenkins, Docker).

Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, process improvements, and compliance standards.
