About Job
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Technical Manager with deep technical expertise and leadership acumen to drive large-scale, high-performance chip design projects from RTL to GDSII. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in advanced process nodes (including 2nm, 3nm, 7nm), a strong grasp of physical design flows, and the ability to guide cross-functional engineering teams across global locations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end chip implementation projects covering synthesis, floor planning, placement, CTS, routing, timing analysis, and physical verification.

Architect and oversee low-power and multi-voltage design implementations using latest EDA tools.

Own delivery across multiple blocks/partitions and ensure tape-out readiness through rigorous quality gates.

Guide timing ECO implementations, IR drop/signal integrity analysis, and DRC/LVS closure.

Collaborate with front-end design, verification, and packaging teams for holistic product success.

Develop and drive automation strategies for improved design efficiency and predictability.

Mentor and coach engineering teams; support skill development and project ownership.
