Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end plant operations with strong focus on delivery, safety, compliance, and productivity.

Drive lean, TPM, and cost-optimization initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Ensure adherence to strict quality protocols, EHS standards, and zero-defect manufacturing goals.

Partner with design, quality, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Conduct RCA, implement CAPA, and lead continuous improvement programs across operations.

Oversee plant audits, certification readiness, and compliance with industry standards.

Manage manpower planning, shift operations, and resource deployment for smooth plant functioning.
Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering graduate (ME/EE/SE or equivalent) with 15+ years of plant management experience.

Strong exposure to high-precision manufacturing, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or allied sectors.

Proficient in ERP systems, CNC processes, and ISO-based quality management.

Proven leadership in driving safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Strong decision-making, crisis management, communication, and stakeholder-handling skills; defense manufacturing experience is an advantage.
