Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the innovative development and optimization of bakery and cake premixes, fruit and non-fruit pastes, fillings, and jellies for diverse Indian and global markets.

Design, test, and validate advanced formulations ensuring superior taste, texture, stability, shelf life, and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with procurement and quality teams to define precise specifications for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Manage lab, pilot, and plant-scale trials, ensuring seamless technology transfer and robust production readiness.

Overcome raw material variability by developing resilient formulations and optimized processing methods.

Benchmark products against top industry competitors to ensure competitive excellence and differentiation.

Drive a forward-looking innovation pipeline aligned with market trends, customer insights, clean-label demand, and functional performance.

Partner with sales, marketing, and customer application teams to deliver strong technical support and customized solutions.
