- Nature of Work: Managerial Role in Plant operations
- Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in chemical engineering
- Overall years of Experience Required: 10–15 years in chemical/fertilizer industry, preferably in continuous process plants, with minimum 3 years hands-on production experience
- Interaction with: The role requires close coordination with internal teams—upstream/downstream plants, Maintenance, QC, HSE, Fire & Safety—and external stakeholders including vendors, contractors, OEMs, factory inspectors, and auditors for seamless operational support.
- Industry Preference: Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, efficient plant operation by monitoring process parameters, resolving deviations, and meeting production targets.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, track job status, and record plant performance data in SAP for analysis.
- Lead emergency response by following SOPs, executing corrective actions, and safeguarding personnel and equipment.
- Supervise and develop shift teams through task allocation, performance monitoring, and ongoing training on safety and operations..
