Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consulting & Problem Solving
    • Lead complex consulting workstreams from problem definition to solution delivery.
    • Develop structured hypotheses, issue trees, and analytical frameworks for strategic studies.
    • Translate business challenges into practical, data-driven recommendations.
  • Client Engagement & Advisory
    • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through proactive engagement.
    • Facilitate workshops, strategic discussions, and executive presentations.
    • Ensure alignment, transparency, and successful delivery across engagements.
  • Analysis & Business Insights
    • Direct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analyses with high accuracy.
    • Review analytical outputs to ensure actionable, insightful, and evidence-based recommendations.
    • Develop compelling business cases, strategic narratives, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Implementation & Team Leadership
    • Support execution of strategic initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes.
    • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants and analysts to strengthen team capabilities.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and knowledge-driven consulting environment.
  • Knowledge Management & Business Growth
    • Contribute to thought leadership, best practices, and organizational knowledge assets.
    • Support proposal development, project scoping, and solution design.
    • Strengthen client relationships while identifying strategic growth and business development opportunities.
